We are thrilled to offer 18 brand new serviced apartments to let in Barrow in Furness from the former Victoria Park Hotel. Built in 1901 the building still boasts many charming Victorian period features most obviously the very large average room sizes throughout.

There are 18 apartments in all, 17 with two bedrooms and one single bedroom flat. We see them as being perfect for two people to share offering modern, comfortable and pleasant accommodation on flexible terms.

As at 19th October the first 10 apartments are ready and only one is currently available as the other 9 are already let! Some of these are only short term with 4 becoming available in 4 weeks’ time. By the start of November we should also have the final 8 apartments fully ready and are taking enquiries on these now.

On No 1 bus route, 5 min. walk to Abbey Road for No 6 bus, 3/4's of a mile to Barrow-in-Furness train station

Billing & Terms

Flexible terms - Short minimum stay and longer stays available. We intend to offer bespoke arrangements on application. Minimum stay for prices quoted on right move is 2 months or 8 weeks.

All-inclusive package with one bill for everything (rent, gas, water, electric, TV licences and council tax). Broadband internet is also included.

Payment in advance with regular invoicing as required

Please note prices for the apartments and utility packages are both inclusive of v.a.t and v.a.t. invoices and receipts will be provided as required

Deposit of just £200.00 for stays 8 weeks/2 months plus


Rental prices

The two bedroom apartments are priced from £1085 to £1410 pcm as they all have a selection of the different features. Whilst some are bigger than others they are all in the main much bigger than average apartments and very much bigger than most apartments in the short term market.

All the prices of the available apartments can be seen here please note all the prices quoted include v.a.t. at the standard rate of 20%. The prices here are based on a minimum stay of 8 weeks or two months.

Cleaning/laundry service – Subject to separate charge this can be organised weekly or fortnightly as required. This can also be inlcuded within the rental invoice

Out of hours check in/out via key safe. (we prefer to meet quickly just to introduce you to the apartment)

We do have contractors who can assist with most tasks and should be able to accomodate any reasonable request
