pc! in the community

Here at pc! Lettings Ltd we do try and give a lot back to the local community and our customers. We sponsor various local charity events and sports teams.

Above are the Lowick Young farmers on the field day May 2014 we were happy to help sponsor the day and glad to see that on their 60th anniversary they had their first ever win of the Southern district field day. The event was kindly hosted by Alan and Elizabeth Edmondson a Hawkswell Farm home to some of our very finest barn conversions.

This team have to compete with major cities such as Manchester where there are literally hundreds of players. By sticking together and training hard they came 2nd in the national league which is an outstanding achievement, great thanks to Sam Hearty their coach.

BAE Systems Charity Poker Night

As we work a great deal with BAE Systems Barrow, especially Submarine Solutions, we have assisted with the graduates most notably the charity Casino night organised by members of the graduate training programme and other BAE staff.

Each year we also like to sponsor the crews of the current submarine being finished with their various charity, the best event so far has been the tremendous field gun victory.

Pictured (L to R) are Tony Holmes (BAE), Ryan Adams (BAE), John Calleya (BAE), Michael Jones (BAE), Tom Olden (BAE), Martin Pulfrod (BAE), Shaun Dixon (pc! Lettings), Steve Squires (pc! This was taken on the evening when, after much hard work from BAE's Graduates a substantial amount of money was raised for St. Mary's hospice and a lot of fun was had in the process.

HMS Ambush Events

We were immensely proud to offer some support and sponsorship to the crew of the next submarine due to leave Barrow, HMS Ambush in their recent involvement in the Royal Navy Field gun competition.

On the 5 Jun 2010 HMS AMBUSH took part in the Royal Navy Field Gun Competition, the first ever submarine crew to enter!  Although this was an immense achievement in itself the crew of submariners from the Mighty Bush won the Plate 2 Final, the Fleet Trophy and the Endeavour Trophy which is awarded to the No 1 trainer and crew that have overcome the most difficulties to enter the competition.

HMS Ambush Charity Boxing Evening

We were very happy to be asked and subsequently sponsor the Hms Ambush Charity Boxing Evening held back in November.

The night was a real success with over 3000 raised for Help for heroes, Royal Navy & Royal Marines charity and Little Acorns nursery of Ulverston, three very worthwhile causes. pc! Lettings are always keen to give something back to the local communities and were very happy to help.
