We have a small team of just six people all based in the same office at Barrow-in-Furness. Weekly meetings and constant communication ensures in most cases you will be able to ask any of the team to help you.
Due to continued growth and an extensive increase in demand we will be employing some new staff over the next few weeks, so we promise to finally get some pictures up soon!

Shaun Dixon Director
Shaun has lived in the area all his life and has an invaluable knowledge of the local areas, properties & industry as well as contacts in many of the local firms. Shaun deals with the website and internet marketing as well as many other tasks.

Steve Squires Director Originally from London, Steve moved to the area to marry his wife a local teacher. Steve has worked in advertising and specialised in property, building a good relationship with all the local estate agents. Jane Mason Administration Clerk
Jane deals with most of our administration and will process all the relevant documentation from applications and leases through to renewals and deposit refunds when tenants move on. Jane also assists with both landlord and contactor payments.

Clair Millard Lettings Negotiator
Clair helps to run the front office on a day to day basis and is also in charge of the bulk of our maintenance & repairs, a large task! As a negotiator Clair handles general enquires and trouble shooting for both tenants and landlords alike. Clair had worked within property for some time predominantly within finance.

Anne Cheetham Lettings Negotiator
Ann has joined us recently and handles a lions share of our new enquiries from prospective tenants. Ann works with Clair on handling general enquiries from landlords and tenants as well as assisting with maintenance and repairs.
