A Letter from Pam !

Around 12 years ago I started my letting agency from my dining room table; since then I have been lucky enough to see the business grow and develop to how it is today. However, I would like to inform you that with effect from 1 April 2008, I shall be passing the business on to 2 of my current employees, Shaun Dixon and Steve Squires.

It is time for me to be put out to grass!

Shaun and Steve have taken a leading role in running the agency for some time now and both strong background in sales and management. Together they are a formidable team! I feel confident that their enthusiasm and drive will be of great benefit to the business and its clients and that I will be leaving the agency in good hands.

Very little change although Im sure Shaun and Steve will be looking to improve the service as much as possible. They will trade as pc! Lettings Ltd from the current. Duke Street premises. Your agency agreement or tenancy agreement with us will remain the same. Naturally, they will have my continued support and advice fro as long as they need it.

We have been working very hard to ensure it is as smooth a changeover as possible. And of course we have had to wait until everything has been signed and sealed.

In my semi-retirement role, I intend to focus my attention on my own modest property portfolio and hope to see more of my family and grandchildren. I shall also continue to run the property furnishing business that we have built up, trading as Pamela Cairns Ltd.
