Unfortunately due to the new way housing benefits are paid the vast majority of our landlords will not accept housing benefit as payment. This is simply because the benefits cannot be paid to agents directly as before, and are paid four weeks in arrears.

We do have a minimum age for accepting tenants this is currently 21 i.e. you must be 21 years old or older in order to apply for rented accommodation through our agency.
