The lettings industry has seen some tough times lately with many Estate Agents advising their clients to put their properties on to let as they just can’t sell them. This has added much extra supply to the market giving tenants a great deal of choice.

We have let eight properties so far this week today being only Wednesday. The type of properties being let range from a Barn Conversion at £1195 to a small 2 bedroom terraced home at £375. These properties have been let to a range of tenants working at various places such as Glaxo in Ulverston, Royal Naval personnel based at BAE systems, professionalS also working at BAE and many others private and more longer term tenants. 

Having dealt with the most senior new staff coming into Glaxo we are finding this already a much larger source of business than has been evident over the last few years.
