January was a great month and in total we let 34 properties which is a very busy month. This week (15th -19th Feb) we have let seven properties so far and we currently have 19 applications pending!

We have had a lot of applications from local people and a little activity from companies which is the start of a large influx linked to a major new development that should see another 30 or so people moving in between now and the start of April.
