This year has been great for us here at pc! Lettings and we have broke several records including the most houses let in a month, a day and a week!

We want our tenants to know we appreciate your patience and co-operation when we are trying to have things fixed and maintained. We will be checking the answer machine at regular intervals over the festive period to ensure we can help wherever possible.

Without our landlords we simply would not have as many houses to let! and we want to thank you for your continued custom and of late your patience whilst we have moved out the crew from Astute, which is a mammoth task taking 100s of working hours to complete fully.

We are always indented to our tradesmen and women who help us help our tenants when we have the inevitable emergencies.
