A house a day let through November - We have let thirty four houses and flats during November one of our busiest period ever! We let more houses than any other local agent, thats a fact.

Since the Astute submarine has we have had a greater selection of properties than normal and we have been very busy as a result. We planned in advance and have increased our marketing in all the areas we know bring results.

We have let a large range of houses and of course with the unfortunate events in Ulverston we have had to re-house several families disrupted by the floods. Because of this we are very keen to take more properties on in the Ulverston area.
