Website improvements

We have made a few improvements to the website and this all seems to be working well now. We have amended some buttons to make it simpler for customers to find the home they are looking for and also added some extra pages. For landlords we have added a page showing recently let properties so you can see how many we actually let (anywhere between 3 and 8 a week but on average 5/6 a week -every week!) We will continually be changing and improving the site as part of a continuous improvement scheme that we operate throughout the business.

We have had another of our busy days! and have let seven houses in the last 24 hrs. These have been to a range of pleasant clients both existing corporate clients and local tenants.

2009 Looks set to be another record year for pc! Letting with two new advertising campaigns

To ensure that our clients receive an unrivalled service we will also be advertising in the Northwest Evening mail with full colour adverts of our houses to let. This will be supported by a significant Radio advertising campaign on the Bay Radio. Our development of this website and significant e-marketing will also continue as we strive to offer the broadest range of property promotion available from any local letting agents.

pc! Lettings new Website is proving very succesful in gaining clients for houses to rent and flats to let in the Barrow and Ulverston areas. For landlords we have increased the amount of information available and will be increasing this further as an ongoing feature.

Record price for rented property near Barrow-in-furness

We have recently let a property in the Barrow area (actually located in one of the villages in the Furness peninsular) for a record amount. At 1200pcm these types of clients .................. a direct result of the slow housing market.
