Great time to find a new rented home

Do to the lads sailing away on the Astute first of Class submarine, for a short period of time we will have a very large number of properties to let all of a very good standard. We have advised our landlords to accept a competitive rent rather than have houses empty and so its a brilliant time for tenants and companies to find a great property at a very good price!

Another record broken in our best month ever!

We are very pleased to announce that we have had our best month ever in September 2009. Successful marketing & what we believe is the best local letting service has ensured both landlords and tenants are happy to recommend us. After looking through our enquiries our two largest sources of new business are word of mouth recommendations and landlords unhappy with the services of their current letting agent. Sucesfull marketing has allowed us to have a range of rural properties available at the moment which are proving popular. These now strecth from Aldingham over to Kirby and even Ladyhall on the outskirts of Millom

Landlord Discount continued until end of September - as we are still in a period of high demand we are continuing our discounted rates for landlords who bring on their property before the end of September 2009.

Five houses let today (wed 5th August) one within a day one within an hour!

We have had another great day and have let five houses today. One which we valued yesterday another that took us only an hour to let,both houses had not even been advertised we simply had people waiting.

More houses very urgently required!

Due to a massive demand we are desperate for more houses to let. We are letting houses as they come on in many cases due to demand from several of our major clients as well as members of the general public. Demand is such that we are reducing our fees slightly to encourage landlords to put their property on with us within the next two weeks. We have been very busy over the last few weeks with eight let in the week 6th to 10th July. This is after having let 14 properties over just seven days the week before.

Insurance calculator

In an effort to further assist our customers, and hopefully save you some money as well! We will have added an insurance calculator to our website that will enable landlords and tenants alike to obtain a free quote for buildings and/or contents insurance.

We have let thirteen properties this week which bring our total to 30 for March -so far!

Website improvements

We have made a few improvements to the website and this all seems to be working well now. We have amended some buttons to make it simpler for customers to find the home they are looking for and also added some extra pages. For landlords we have added a page showing recently let properties so you can see how many we actually let (anywhere between 3 and 8 a week but on average 5/6 a week -every week!) We will continually be changing and improving the site as part of a continuous improvement scheme that we operate throughout the business.
