More furnished houses required for existing and new clients.

Longer tenancies and brisk demand have combined to give us our lowest stock levels for several years. We let eleven houses last week starting the week with just over 30 available! at the start of this week we have only 26 houses available our lowest level for some time. There are two main reasons for this both of them good news for landlords.......

Great start to December after a slower period in October and November...

We have had a great start to the month letting seven houses last week and twelve so far this week in just four days between Monday and today Thursday 13th! October and November had been relatively........................

Ambush move outs

Steve and I (Shaun) are in the middle of the mass move out procedure for the crew of Hms Ambush which has just sailed from Barrow. This is a massive task and we apologise if we are taking a little longer to get back to any landlords at the moment. As most of the houses are still .....

Busy August with 25 houses let in the last two weeks alone!

We have had a very busy August with 25 houses let in the last two weeks alone! Last week was quiter but we still let 7 houses, three to the Royal Navy whom as we are now taking crew for the thrid submarine.

15 Houses let last week!

These have been a varied mix of clients with two more properties let to the Royal Navy, three to existing tenants moving to larger houses and ten let to the general public. ........

New Glaxo works already having an impact
