19 properties let in just two weeks!

We have let 20 properties in the last two weeks alone! This has been a range of properties from small one bedroom flats below 400.00 pcm up to large four bedroom homes just below 1000.00 pcm Demand has come from a large range of clients as is the norm these days. We are also dealing with an annual influx from one of our main Bae staffing groups who always take a large amount of houses at the time of year. We do apologise if we are taking a little longer to process your application or come back to you on other matters. We are only human and when we have an influx of this size it's just not possible to be as prompt as we usually would. Lowest stock levels since before 2007 due to very high demand!

Over the last few weeks we have catered for a large influx of clients whom we look after for several international companies. These clients along with local customers have taken so many houses that we are currently running with our lowest stock level since before 2007! This means those landlords already with us are finding very short if not none existent void periods. Houses very urgently required! We have clients waiting!

Due to continued success with many of our corporate clients and local tenants we are offering reduced fees to landlords who instruct us to market their property within the month of April. Great news at Bae Barrow as go the ahead is given for boats five and six! Confirming work for the yard for many years to come. Of course this means continued demand for rented property from one of our biggest clients.

The Ministry of Defence has signed a contract for the fifth and sixth Astute class submarines, securing thousands of jobs at Barrow's shipyard. Of course this means continued demand for rented property from one of our biggest clients.

More houses urgently required for a large local project

We have let seven houses since saturday6th March until 3.00pm on mOnday 8th March! We are currently taking a very large amount of enquiries from clients working on a major local project with tenants who are expecting to stay between 2 and five years. These are professional tenants mainly looking for furnished properties of 3 or 4 bedrooms of a good standard with parking being very important. These applicants are looking to move here within the next 6 weeks and we are very keen to take new houses on to accommodate them.

Early 2010 has seen a very promising start to the year

January was a great month and in total we let 34 properties which is a very busy month. This week (15th -19th Feb) we have let seven properties so far and we currently have 19 applications pending! We have had a lot of applications from local people and a little activity from companies which is the start of a large influx linked to a major new development that should see another 30 or so people moving in between now and the start of April.

New year off to a great start with 25 houses let in the last two weeks!

2010 has got off to a great start and we let eleven houses last week! (18th - 22nd Jan) with fourteen let the week before this. We are urging landlords to accept competitive rents at the moment as there is still a larger than average supply of houses in the local market.
