pc! Lettings Ltd are completely independent residential letting agents in Barrow-in-Furness. The companys current structure was formed on the 1st April 2008 as a management buy-out of Pamela Cairns letting agency by the current owners Shaun Dixon & Steven Squires with Mrs Cairns now having no stake in the business. Having worked together previously, both at pc! Lettings and elsewhere Shaun & Steve are now the companies driving force. As working directors we ensure you can always rely on the fact that we will be there when you need us, our enthusiasm for the industry ensures we work hard to ensure you get the best possible service.

We are a team of nine staff in total and are based in Barrow-in-Furness just a stones throw away from the Bae systems Barrow shipyard, new Marina developments and both on/off shore energy projects, having a reputation as the "preferred choice" we also have a very large portfolio of Ulverston property for rent and also gain much custom form Glaxo in Ulverston.

As a business we have simply continued the excellent work of the previous owner who had built the business up over 12 years forging great relationships with many of the areas major employers, in particular BAE systems and the MOD. We have a great reputation for providing quality property to rent which in turn brings a steady stream of tenants from all over the world as well as from the local area. We always have a good stock of houses to rent and flats to rent throughout Barrow in Furness and Ulverston areas.

We currently manage over 650 properties throughout South Cumbria with properties from Walney Island & Barrow-in-Furness to Broughton-In-Furness in the north as well as Ulverston & Newby Bridge to the east.

We do not operate as Estate agents and concentrate solely on letting property and managing properties for landlords both UK based and overseas.
